There are two information desks open 24 hours; one is located at International Terminal Arrival and the other is located at International Terminal Departure Floors.

A Ministry of Finance Departure Fee stamp may be obtained at the stand situated next to Information on the International Departures Floor. And There are Overseas Departure Duty kioks on the international departure floor. Cash and credit cards are accepted at the kiosks.

Terminal Operation Management
The Terminal Operations Management Department, in coordination with other terminal operation units, plans and manages all activities that will maintain sustainability by resolving any potential malfunction in terminal services. The department audits the compliance of activities within the terminal carried out by airlines and ground services companies with operations procedures. It ensures accurate and timely communication between terminal operation units while operating in collaboration with terminal personnel and other organizations. The Terminal Operations Management Department provides 24/7 service.

Porter / Baggage Carts
Baggage Carts provided throughout our airport work with a return system. Passengers pay a security deposit to use baggage carts. When they leave their baggage carts at the return stations, they can get their deposit back. Return stations are located in every baggage cart area and at the exit of the arriving passengers terminal.
Primeclass Lounge – Domestic Terminal
İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport Domestic Terminal Primeclass Lounge “primeclass” Lounge offers passengers facilities such as TV, newspapers, magazines, wireless internet access, Play Station, business corner, tablet computer and unlimited open buffet prior to their flight. Showers are available in the lounge and there is also children’s playing room.

Luggage Wrapping Machines
One luggage covering machine located on the departure floors of İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport International and Domestic Terminal. Flights allows the luggage or arms of passengers who wish to be covered with stretch film. This service is provided every day between 04:00 and 24:00 for passengers who want their luggage to be safer and less weary.
Passengers with Disabilities/Reduced Mobility and Special Needs
In the event that our Passengers with Disabilities/Reduced Mobility and Special Needs inform the airline company prior to the flight, these passengers are provided support by the Airline, Ground Handling Services and/or the related health team.

The Health Centers at the airport provide 24 hour quarantine and environmental health services to prevent contagious diseases borne in or out of the country.
There is an Information Kiosk run by the General Directorate of Health for Borders and Coasts on the Departures Floor where information on Risks of Diseases Abroad (for each country) may be obtained.
